How to Clone a Voice Realistically: Create Believable AI Voice Copies

Start from the dashboard

1. Open your localized dashboard opens in a new tab.

3. Type the text you want the cloned voice to say in Text to speak.

Pick the voice source

For the fastest result, choose one of the available system voices. They are curated, tested across many prompts, and often sound more stable than a brand-new upload. If you need a specific person or character, create a custom voice first in Custom voices opens in a new tab.

Create a custom voice

1. Go to Custom voices and click New custom voice.
2. Give the voice a clear name.
3. Upload clean reference audio: 3-8 seconds, true audio, max 1MB, with one speaker and little noise.
4. Save it, then return to Voice cloning and select it from your voice library.

Make the result believable

• Use natural text: short sentences, punctuation, and normal pauses.
• Avoid noisy reference audio, music, overlapping speakers, or heavy effects.
