Terms for a proprietary service

By using Voicechanger.co, its dashboard, or its APIs, you agree to these Terms of Service. Voicechanger.co is licensed as a proprietary service and is not sold to you. Refunds are available for purchased credits only when those credits remain unused.

Proprietary license

The software, models, branding, and service know-how remain the exclusive property of Arken AI LLC.

Refund rule

Purchased credits are refundable when they are fully unused. Used or partially consumed credits are not refundable.

Customer responsibility

You must have the rights and permissions needed for any audio, voice, text, or content you submit.

1. Service access

You may access Voicechanger.co only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws.

We may update, expand, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

2. Proprietary rights

Voicechanger.co is proprietary software. Your use of the service is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the hosted product.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, extract models, or use the service to build a competing product except where applicable law clearly overrides that restriction.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for using the service in a lawful and authorized manner.

You may not use the service to infringe rights, violate privacy, impersonate others without authorization, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the platform's security or availability.

4. Customer content

You retain responsibility for the content you upload or submit. You represent that you have the rights necessary to process that content through the service.

You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and store that content solely to operate the service and support your account.

5. Credits, billing, and refunds

Paid plans and prepaid credits may be required for some features. Credits are consumed based on service usage as described in the product or checkout flow.

Refunds are available for unused credits only. Once credits have been used in whole or in part, the corresponding purchase is non-refundable unless required by law.

Taxes, processor fees, and pricing changes may apply as disclosed at purchase or renewal.

6. Availability, termination, and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for every workflow.

We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, non-payment, abuse, or material breach of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arken AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
